ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

SKETCH-IT LLC Warrants, to the original purchaser of this product only as follows: Sketch-it products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. SKETCH-IT LLC at its own expense and option will either repair or replace the defective product during the warranty period, provided that the Original Purchaser has notified SKETCH-IT LLC and, upon inspection by SKETCH-IT LLC., SKETCH-IT LLC has found the product to be defective. The purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy hereunder shall be limited to the repair or replacement specified herein.

Any misuse, abuse, modification or attempted modification of the product shall void this warranty.

To qualify for repair or replacement of any product within one year of purchase under this limited warranty, the original purchaser must return it to the original place of purchase or to SKETCH-IT LLC under the following guidelines:

1) Prior to the return of any defective product, obtain a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) from the customer service department at SKETCH-IT LLC. You may obtain this authorization number by completing the online form below.

2) Return the product, at the cost of the purchaser, along with proof of purchase, to the SKETCH-IT LLC Service Center. You will obtain the address of the SKETCH-IT LLC Service Center when your RMA number is emailed to you.

Note: Goods returned without a RMA# will not be accepted.

Failure to obtain a RMA number may result in your product being refused by our Receiving Department.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW OR OTHERWISE, AND IS MADE ON THE EXPRESS UNDERSTANDING THAT THE ITEMS SOLD UNDER THIS CONTRACT ARE PURCHSED BY THE BUYER "AS IS" AND THAT THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY THAT THIS INSTRUMENT SOLD TO BUYER SHALL BE MERCHANTABLE OR AN IMPLIED WARRANTY THAT IT SHALL BE FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE. THE BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE (IT) IS NOT RELYING ON THE SELLER'S SKILL OR JUDGEMENT TO SELECT OR FURNISH ITEM OR ITEMS SOLD AND THAT THERE ARE NOT WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION O THE FACE THEREOF. THE BUYER HEREBY WAIVES ALL OTHER REMEDIES, WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES WITHOUT LIMITATION INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.

In no event will SKETCH-IT LLC be liable to the user for damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use such product even if SKETCH-IT LLC or an authorized dealer has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim for any other party. In any event, the liability of SKETCH-IT LLC. shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
