Paypal checkout is the exclusive payment gateway for Sketch-it.com's domestic and international customers allowing for a safe and efficient shopping experience. Paypal Checkout accepts major credit cards. Please visit How Paypal Works for more information on the secure checkout process. Currently Paypal Checkout allows international processing to over 100 countries. If your country does not appear in the Paypal checkout menu, unfortunately we are not able to ship to your country at this time. Sketch-it.com reserves the right to cancel any suspicious transctions without notice. For international orders; if your shipping address is different than your billing address, your order will be canceled and you will receive an order cancellation email. Orders shipped to a Florida address are charged applicable sales tax. All other domestic and international orders are sales tax exempt. All vendor orders will receive an electronic invoice which shall be paid prior to shipment.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING 

The United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) are the exclusive shipping carriers for Sketch-it.com's domestic and international customers. All domestic and international shipping and handling rates are calculated in real-time at time of checkout.  Rates and delivery time will vary depending on the final destination. For all domestic and international customers, after placing your order you'll receive a confirmation email from Paypal Checkout with your tracking number. Domestic delivery is approximately 2-3 days from the actual shipping date exluding weekends. International delivery is approximately 6-10 days (varies) from the actual shipping date exluding weekends. For all international customers, Sketch-it.com is NOT responsible for any customs, taxes, and/or duties levied by foreign customs. Buyers should check with their local custom agency regarding duties before purchasing. We will not ship to a PO Box address. All vendor orders will be delivered in 10-15 business days from the actual ship date.

PRODUCT CARE

All Sketch-it products are Made in the USA and designed to last for a long time; however, they are not indestructible. In order to help insure trouble free use of your Sketch-it products, please note the following.

• Sunlight may affect any Sketch-it product over time. Avoid storing in direct sunlight.
• Dust with a dry, soft cloth.
• Never use harsh chemicals that might ruin the finish

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you would like to return/exchange non-defective products, we will give a refund or exchange any product, provided it is returned to us in an unused and re-sellable condition.  Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days and accompanied by the original packing slip or any proof of purchase from the Sketch-it.com's website. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.  We reserve the right to refuse any return if it is not in any condition to be resold. We will not refund or replace any lost or damaged items that you have returned to us. Keep your tracking number to ensure the package has been returned safely to our warehouse. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of returned product in the same form of payment used to make the purchase. All shipping charges are non refundable. We do not offer refunds on products purchased through retailers.

DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCT WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANT AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER. ALL RETURNS SHIPPED TO US WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED.
